About the project

Sarvjan Connect is a digital solution developed for Sarvjan India Fintech Pvt Ltd, a loan company aiming to streamline its operations and reduce paperwork. The project includes an Android app built in Kotlin and a robust admin panel developed using Laravel. The app is designed to facilitate various employee tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Key Modules:

Receipt Module: Allows for the digital creation, storage, and sharing of receipts, including those for joining fees, EMI, and cheque bounce fees.

Login/Application Module: Manages the onboarding and processing of loan applications through different stages, involving various teams such as Operations and Credit.

Third Party Stock Management: Provides comprehensive inventory management, including tracking of products sold, branch-wise stock levels, and detailed sales records.

Collection Module: Handles monthly collections by providing detailed sheets with customer contact information, tracking payment statuses, and updating collection records.

Branch Module: Manages branch details, asset records, and contact information for branch managers.

Petty Cash: Records and monitors small expenses at each branch, tracking spending on items like tea and xerox.

Cash Deposit Module: Facilitates the tracking of cash deposits made by employees, including entries and deposit slip images.

How we do it

At Itzak Technologies LLP, we use advanced technology to tailor solutions that meet our clients' specific needs. For the Sarvjan Connect project, we developed an Android application using Kotlin, paired with a Laravel-based admin panel to manage backend operations.

The Receipt Module digitises manual receipt processes, allowing for efficient creation and sharing of documents. The Login/Application Module streamlines the loan application process, involving multiple teams in various stages from application to disbursement. The Third Party Stock Management module supports detailed tracking of inventory and sales.

Additionally, the Collection Module helps manage monthly collections by providing detailed information and tracking tools. The Branch Module maintains crucial branch and asset information, while the Petty Cash module ensures transparent tracking of small expenses. The Cash Deposit Module records cash deposits, providing verification through deposit slips.

This digital transformation not only improves efficiency but also aligns with Sarvjan India Fintech Pvt Ltd’s goals of reducing paperwork and enhancing operational effectiveness.
