About the project

"The Time Table," a unique cafe and co-working space under Ventive, required an innovative digital solution to streamline its operations. The space not only offers a relaxing environment for customers to enjoy food and beverages but also serves as a dynamic venue where brands can host events. With the need to manage customer orders, track time spent, and handle a credit-based payment system, Ventive sought a comprehensive web development solution. Our team at Itzak Technologies LLP took on the challenge of creating a system that would enhance both customer experience and operational efficiency.

We developed an order management system where customers can scan a QR code to access the web version of the menu and place their orders. The system starts tracking the customer's time as soon as they log in and stops when they request the bill at the counter. The payment method is based on Ventive's own credit system, which customers can top up at the counter. The staff can also use the system to track orders, monitor customer activity, manage billing, and track the time each customer spends in different themed spaces or rooms. The solution provided not only simplifies the ordering process but also adds value by integrating time management and a seamless payment method into the cafe's operations.

How we do it

We approached "The Time Table" project with a focus on creating a streamlined, user-friendly system that would enhance both customer experience and operational efficiency.

Understanding the Requirements: We collaborated closely with Ventive to gather detailed requirements, ensuring our solution aligned with their needs for order management, time tracking, and credit-based payments.

Design and Development: We developed a web-based order management system with a QR code feature for easy access to the menu. The system tracks customer time from login to checkout and integrates a custom credit system for payments.

Staff Management Tools: We provided the staff with an intuitive interface to manage orders, track customer activity, and oversee billing, ensuring smooth operations and better customer service.

Seamless Integration: After thorough testing, we deployed the solution, integrating it seamlessly into the cafe's daily operations, resulting in an efficient and enjoyable experience for both customers and staff.
